Philip Krause to Address E-Scholar Workshop

Philip Krause will present an Entrepreneur-in-Residence lecture to the E-Scholar Workship being on November 7, 2015, at the Henry-W. Bloch School of Management’s Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, on the campus of the University of Missouri-Kansas City. The subject of Philip’s lecture will be “How to Offer Investment Opportunities,” which will include information on how new entrepreneurial ventures may seek equity capital from prospective investors within the guidelines of federal and state securities laws. Philip has served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the E-Scholar program since his initial appointment in 2011. In that capacity Philip works directly with e-scholar students starting new ventures, and lectures on a wide range of startup company subjects.
