Philip Krause Presents “Negotiating Startup Capital” to 2015 CEO National Conference

Philip Krause will be a breakout presenter at the 2015 CEO (Collegiate Entrepreneurs’ Organization) National Conference being held November 5 to 7, 2015, at the Kansas City Convention Center. Philip’s breakout session, to be held in Room 2203 in Bartle Hall, will address the subject of “Negotiating Startup Capital.” This will include information on exempt offerings, equity structures for high growth entrepreneurial ventures and terms for a series A preferred stock offering. The session also will address the just-adopted SEC Crowdfunding Regulation, which after a long wait (more than three and a half years) implements the crowdfunding provisions of the JOBS Act adopted by Congress in April 2012.
