The Fall Brings New Speaking Events

With the 2018-2019 academic year now in full swing, the fall season brings new speaking events to Philip Krause, founding member of Krause Law LLC.

On Saturday, October 20, 2018, Philip will present two lectures to the E-Scholars program at the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s Henry W. Bloch School of Management.  (See https://bloch3.umkc.edu/entrepreneurship/)  The first lecture will address negotiating strategies for early stage companies seeking to raise investor funding.  The second will review critical securities law compliance issues for the funding process.

Philip has been invited to reprise his 2015 lecture to the 2018 Global Conference and Pitch Competition of the CEO (Collegiate Entrepreneurs Organization).  This presentation will also focus on negotiating strategies.
